For the safety of your child, sick appointments must be
called in and scheduled through our office. If you know
your child is sick and needs to be seen, please call as
early as possible to have your child evaluated. Too many
times, we have seen parents wait until the end of the day
for their child to be evaluated, only to find that their
condition has worsened.

* Immunizations.
* Acute visits.
*In house lab for basic laboratory tests.
*Medicaid PCCM and THSTEPS provider.
* Accepting most of the Private Insurances.
For our self-paying patients, the estimated payment for the day’s services
will be collected at check-in. As you know, we have contractual obligations
with our insurance carriers to collect all co-payments, co-insurances, and
deductibles on the date of service. We collect these payments, as well as
any outstanding balances when checking your child in on the date of
service. We also file insurance claims on the date of service, therefore, it
is very important for you to have your insurance information current. Please
be prepared to present your insurance card at check-in every time your
child is evaluated.
